Excellent windproof pants for cycling

Cold weather cycling tights simply don't cut it for me. Traveling at 20 mph on a road bike in anything below 45 degrees requires windproof protection. Otherwise, very important body parts (ahem) tend to get severely windswept. Not good. You need pants like this over the top of something insulating (like cold weather tights.) These are PERFECT for cold weather cycling. The material is EXTREMELY durable yet incredibly light.
