• I'd go with a medium, unless you have very heavy jeans/pants on underneath. boots can make up for the lack of length, which is about 31-32 in a medium. STP has an excellent return program, also.

  • I'd get a medium, unless you are wearing it over heavy jeans, then a large. The return policy is very good at STP, also
medium is size 8, hover the mouse over the sizes, it will then tell you size.
that would be 34 to 36" hips and they fit loose.

  • I am 5' 81/2" and 135 pounds. I ordered a medium in these pants and they are plenty big (a bit baggy). I also wear a size 6 in most pants and these are good in the length. At your height you will probably want gaitors if you are using them in heavy rain as the pants will not come down to the base of your shoe. I use gaitors at my height. But the pants are great and completely water proof. I think that a large would be way too baggy on you, even if they offered a better length. Try the medium.

  • You may be better off getting the pants in a men's size - I did the opposite. I got a men's med jacket because I usually don't like the cut off women's jackets. I am 5'8, 155, and got women's xl pants - they have elastic waist so you have some stretch- but the xl is about 32ish in length, I'd worry they would be baggy on you but the L may not be long enough. You may want to check and see if they have measurements for the men's M since they are probably cut all slimmer thru the hips. Buying online can be tricky...

  • I'm guessing a medium, which is what I got my sister (5'8"+ but heavier). I prefer a bit of looseness to stuff like this. She wears Chilly's underneath. You could chance small, but I'm guessing medium would do the job albeit loosely.

  • Here is a link to the Marmot size chart: http://marmot.com/content/product-info/sizing/ I bought these in Small, which is size 6 according to the label. The actual measured inseam of my pants is 30", waist 26" (with elastic unstretched). I am short, 5' 2", and the Small length is just right, so it looks like you would need a bigger size to get the length you need.

  • I am 5 feet and 27" inseam, 115 pounds and these pants were way too long on me and there was no way to alter it due to the zippers. I'd take a medium to be sure. The small might be 32" inseam, I returned it. Nice pants though.
