This is light weight - non-wrinkle, go anywhere shirt. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has roll-up sleeves which is a bonus. The sleeves are a little long. • Perfect for winter in Botswana

In the bush of Botswana I'm always looking for clothing that will keep me warm in the early mornings and night and also protected from the sun as the day warms up. The colors of this shirt are great for not drawing attention or distracting the wildlife. The weight of the material will make it possible to wear with a jacket over or alone in the warmer hours.

Great sun coverage, gets the job down for me. The only downside it that it isn’t lightweight.
  • thin material, short

The "moisture wicking fabric" should have been the clue. This material is very thin and see-through. It is also very short. I am 5'6", size medium, but this top hits above the hip. I suppose it is as pictured and described, but you never know how tall the model is. This one went back.

I was debating whether to hem them or not, but decided to keep them that length. They come to my thumb knuckle. I usually order a medium (bust size 36C), and the medium fit me fine. I've worn it with a thermal shirt underneath for cooler weather, and when it gets warm I'll wear it by itself.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
