I'm 6'1" 170, ordered medium. These are basically perfect in size and length. I'm thinking they're 33 to 34 inseam. They have nice velcro straps to loosen or tighten as well. Medium out of the box seems to fit in the 33 to 35 waist, but the velcro easily tightens down to 31-32 waist. Lots of pock... Read More

These ski pants are very well made, warm and comfortable, and have a lot of pockets for stowing valuables while skiing. They also look good on my husband! We bought the large size, he is 6 ft, 180 lbs and they were a little long and the legs were looser than other ski pants he has worn, didn't seem to hamper his skiing however!

I was excited about these pants as I have a NeoShell jacket that I really like. The pants are beautifully sewn as you would expect with the Marmot label. Unfortunately they were too long for my short legs and I returned them,

They seem breathable given the material, although I haven't tested them yet. I'm looking forward to using them this season.

I ordered these for my husband who normally wears a 30 waist. These were too tight. While I could order the next size up, the leg would have been too large. Regretfully, I have to send them back. They would have been just right for the really cold weather we have when going Nordic skiing.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
