Keeps warm, stops wind, moves well, stays cool

This is a great, versatile jacket, capable of spanning a range of activity and temperature. So far, I've worn it only in San Francisco - famous for our frigid summers - while walking the streets and biking. It has performed beautifully over short sleeves as I commute on my bike from my home on the foggy west side (in the 50's) over the hills into sunny downtown (low 70's) - keeping me warm in the morning and chill evening wind, while not overheating me at the other end of the journey. It also provided all I needed on a recent 13 mile sunset beach walk.

The cozy-feeling M2 fabric blocks enough of the wind out to keep the warmth in, and lets enough air pass in and out to keep from feeling like a sauna during exertion or getting clammy when activity stops. I haven't yet seen its performance in wet conditions.

I love the bright color, both as a fashion statement and for visibility in the urban jungle.

It falls a star short for me, as I would prefer a slightly slimmer cut.
