I usually wear 8 1/2 Narrow, but an 8 1/2 Medium in Easy Spirit, and Merrell give me great results worn with thin or Rag Socks, but I'm a sock person!

These Dassie Buckle shoes are cute and the price was right on closeout! I am a bit disappointed in the quality of this style, however, and am glad I didn't pay the original $100 retail price. The footbed seems flatter than in previous shoes, even as compared to my very much worn out incredibly similar Merrell shoes from several years back. I will continue to wear them and break them in, and am sure they will be great overall as a casual shoe, especially for the average wearer.
