I have been buying shoes online for decades and have never come across such a gross error in sizing. Also, what do they mean by "big kids"? I thought they meant adults. I wish they could be clear rather than getting so carried away with being "hip" that the customer can't tell who they are made for. I assumed they meant 'adults' and not actual kids, so I bought a size 7, which I've been buying off the internet for decades with no problem at all. But they're closer to a womens' 9 or 10. I could put my entire fist in with my foot! They charge for exchanges - oh yes. And how am I going to find the right size? Guesswork? B y the time I've figured out the right size via back and forth mailing, I will have spent the equivalent of the price of the shoe just in shipping fees. I'm so discouraged because I fell in love with these shoes! So I traced my foot and am sending them back and asking for a shoe that will fit that foot tracing. I'll let you know how that goes.
