A size 1 was a perfect fit. When we got the shoes in a size 1 they were way to big for him. I returned them with a detailed explanation and they charged me $6.95 for returning them after a customer service rep said they would waive it as long as I explain the reason, which I did. So, they ended up giving me a 6.95 gift card, which is better than nothing. Im not going to take another chance with them so the gift card is useless to me.

I’ve never heard of an adult mans shoe being called big boy shoes! ?? These are exactly what they are described as “little and big boys”. Toddler and boys sizes.
