1) Cute - just look at them!
2) Comfortable - no 'breaking in' required. Didn't need to replace footbeds, as I usually have to.
3) Waterproof - did 3-mile rainy day walk though wet grass and serious puddles. Got home with wet dog and dry feet.
Highly recommend this light hiker. -

Brand new, these boots were flexible and comfortable upon the first wear, even after ~8 hours. I ordered a half size larger based on reviews of Merrell boots, and they are roomy. I probably could wear my regular size, though the extra room will accommodate a thicker sock.

I ordered a size 9 and they are a touch too small. My toes hit the ends. I returned them because they don't fit well. Other than that, they seemed like high quality shoes.
