Overall good trail shoes

Overall these are great shoes and they have more toe protection than the Montrail FluidFeel shoes I've been wearing on the trails all summer. They seem to keep the moisture out as well. Not quite as cushioned as the FluidFeel, but still a good neutral cushioned trail runner. My only issue is just Montrail sizing being inconsistent. I wear a 9.5 street shoe and generally order a 10 in runners. In Montrail though a 9.5 fits fine. But the Bajada supposedly runs small so I ordered a 10. They fit and I don't think I would be comfortable down a half size. However, my heel does slip a bit as one other reviewer mentioned. I'm going to add an insole and wear thicker socks and I think they'll be fine. It's just that I'm never quite sure what size I'll need in a Montrail.
