What a great knife!

I was thrilled to be able to purchase a famous Mora knife. Neat, traditional and 100% functional with an amazingly sharp carbon steel blade fitted into a sturdy minimalist resin case. Classic super quality and value for a very reasonable price.

  • Good useful blade

Exactly the quality expected, which is high compared to Chinese copies. The However here is the handle of wood is of no use if wet. Decent blade guard. For the price, good enough. Better for carving camp veggies and meats than wood, unless that wood is soft. Handy.
  • Awesome knife ! ! ! Poor sheath.

Having purchased many Morakniv Knifes, this once is just as great as the others. I really wanted a wooden handle Mora knife and this one is is great. SUPER sharp right out of the box, awesome feel, easy to use during wood carving. Love the wood handle feel in your hand. The only real disappointment is the skimpy plastic sheath it comes with. All my other Morakniv knifes have really nice heavy duty plastic sheaths, NOT THIS ONE. It is made with very thin plastic. The part that attaches to your belt is so thin I think it may last just a few outings before it breaks off. It is cheap plastic like what you find used in stores to hang stuff on hangers, will break with just a few twists. Again, AWESOME knife, just what I expected, but the sheath will need to be replaced.

This knife has an old look and feel to it. I have not used the knife but it looks pretty cool in the tool box. The sheath looks like a piece of plastic tubing that got to close to an open flame.
  • great knife, but
