Verified Buyer Reviewed by redeyehawk from New Hampshire on Wednesday, March 9, 2016Super knife, very sharp and easy to resharpen. These knives are a steal, so many uses. Reviewed by rdmallory from FL on Tuesday, December 22, 2015These are carbon steel. Very sharp and keep an edge. But they will rust if ran through a dish washer or put away wet.
