Feels good in handVerified Buyer Reviewed by Scott from KANSAS on Saturday, June 16, 2018Bought two of these for cleaning waterfowl. We'll see how they fare during the 2018-19 season. I'm expecting good results.

YOU NEED A MORA!Reviewed by Mars W. from Phoenix on Thursday, May 17, 2018If you have never purchased a Mora, please do so immediately. For the price, it is unbeatable. Thick steel, razor sharp, easy to sharpen, and the list goes on. While it does NOT have a full tang, it is up to about any job that a knife should do (might not wanna baton with it)..
Hail to the king- get your bush-craft on.Verified Buyer Reviewed by ed of cedar from Southern Utah on Thursday, March 8, 2018The HD is really Heavy Duty. it has a noticeably thicker blade than a standard companion, which makes it idea for splitting wood (with the grain) for making spoons or kindling, a'la batoning (just don't pound on it with a rock. A great knife for bush-crafting.
it's a beast!Verified Buyer Reviewed by ed of cedar from southern utah on Thursday, June 8, 2017If you like morakniv, you'll love this. the blade is dramatically thicker than a standard companion blade. great budget blade.

Great Knife - Great Price!Reviewed by Squatch from WA State on Thursday, October 27, 2016This is on sale for $9 here and I paid $14.47 on Amazon Lightening deal for it. I love that it is lightweight, ergonomic and a great overall camping knife. I reflect the other positive reviews stated here and would def buy again or buy as a gift for someone. I'm resisting the temptation to click and buy another. It comes sharp and with a little work on the edge I was able to shave the fine hair on the back of my neck. Plus it's orange and easy to see \ find in the woods and with other gear.
Great knifeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mr. Bibs from Montucky on Tuesday, October 25, 2016Stout, light weight and durable. Plus it comes with a good sheath. Easily sharpened, and it held a decent edge even after field dressing, skinning, and boning a deer. Can't ask for anything better, especially for the cost!

“Is it a full tang blade? ”
No, but I have never had the handle loosen or heard of it happening to others, and I am not easy on it. I was worried it might be a problem myself, but it hasn't been. Hope this helps.
No, this is not a full tang knife. The tang goes approx. 3/4 thru the handle but they are very well made and sturdy. At the price STP charges I don't think you can go wrong. I purchased 4 of them so I always have one handy.
I don't think so. There is no way to know unless you destroy it or X-ray it.
No. It's approximately a 3/4 tang knife. For the price, though, I don't know that there's anything better.
