Light, stuffs into smaller sack for packing! Zipper on right hand side easy to open and close in a hurry. Good on sleeping bag covers head to hold heat in. It got to 40 degrees and I was cold using it to sleep in a tent with 3 other people.

  • not roomy at top

loved the color-well made. box footbed was great but...it wasn't large enough for me at the top.(6ft 250 lbs) once I got in and zipped it to the top I couldn't move my arms. if you are a 'coffin sleeper' this would work great but i had to send it back. price also was excellent-roughly $40 cheaper than a competing retailer!

About Mountain Hardwear

Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.
