Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Second to noneReviewed by Connecticut Panda from Connecticut on Tuesday, January 28, 2014This is one of the best smooth fleece jackets I have ever owned!
It is thinner but of extremly high quality, much better than the competetors.
I am a 5"11" 230 lbs bodybuilder and the XXL fits me good but is a little long but when zipped up and folded underneath it is great!
I would highly recommend this jacket, thinking about buying a few more in different colors.
Mountain hardwear really is one of the best out there.
Nice and SoftReviewed by Mike [...]3's Bikes from Nashville, TN on Monday, November 18, 2013Got this jacket to wear around my college campus in Nashville this winter, thinking that a full on winter coat would be too warm especially just for moving from building to building. The lining is a micro fleece which is nice and soft. The jacket itself isn't very windproof but I could easily throw a rain jacket on over it. This jacket should keep you warm from 40-55 degrees if you tend to like the cold more than the heat. (I consider anything below 75 comfortable.) I've also worn this jacket on a bike ride in the 30s and the jacket kept me warm. My only grip is the pockets. They're mesh, not the fleece I was expecting. The pocket on sleeve is really only good for holding your ID, credit cards, cash, or an energy gel. It is not big enough to hold an iPhone.
Practical and good lookingReviewed by Inside a book from Washington on Tuesday, September 10, 2013My husband loves the color. It's more of a turquoise than the picture shows. Lightweight, comfy, sheds light rain, will function as a middle layer between shirt and rain jacket. Great for Spring / Fall in the NW. It runs a little long, if you are shorter than average it might not work well.
Light weight and comfyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Fullmoonrunner from Golden, CO on Wednesday, January 23, 2013Form fitting in a medium. Am 6' and 175lbs. Lightweight so would work in layers or weather that is mild. Very comfortable and would get more if STP had them in other colors.
Love the Mountain Hardwear Jacket.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Silverado333 from Lake Stevens, WA on Saturday, January 5, 2013I thought this jacket would be a little "thicker" or substantial. With that said, it is lightweight but I'm still keeping it - I just really like the jacket. It feel good to the touch, great stretchy material and I really like the color.
