Reviewed by Kathrine from Russia, Izhevsk on Saturday, September 27, 2014as to me I found it bigger in size than I thought. usually I wear S and I've ordered S but it runs big.
this coat is finely lined and the color is great but I also found out that feathers seems to go out sometimes..
it is good for autemn and spring, temperatures above +5 and below +15. if you want to wear it longer,
when the temerature gets lower, you better wear something under (like sweater, not a t-shirt or cotton long sleeve).
but never the less I like the coat very much indeed)))
Reviewed by Dog Lover from Wisconsin on Thursday, January 16, 2014This jacket was stiff and unflattering. I tried for a week to fluff it, but the down stayed compact and stiff. Having said that, I did like the interior cuff on the sleeves and the jacket seemed quite well made. Just not at all flattering on my fuller figure.
Reviewed by Katie from Minneapolis on Thursday, December 5, 2013i bought this to wear mostly to the bus stop with my son. I find myself wearing it everywhere as it looks great and is super cozy. I was skeptical when it first showed up as it isn't real "poofy". the fill of the down is such that it provides adequate warmth. Today it dips into the single digits, will see how warm it keeps me.
Reviewed by alaska from Alaska and Maine on Sunday, November 10, 2013I love the fact that it is light weight but SUPER warm

“Is the 40" length true for the medium size, I am 5'1 and fear it will be too long on me. Does this coat come in a petite size|Thank you”
The medium is 40" long. Sorry this coat is not offered in a petite size.
According to Mountain Hardwear's size specs a small will fit a woman with a bust size of 34"-35". According to our general sizing charts that is only a half inch smaller.|http://www.sierratradingpost.com/lp2/size-chart/
It is the measurement of the back from the bottom of the collar to the bottom hem.
“I just received my coat. It is wafer thin. How can it be warm?|It looks like there is no down in it at all. |What's the story?”
Down can be very deceiving due to its weight, but I promise a 650 fill down jacket will be very warm.
