Reviewed by min from dela on Monday, March 3, 2014Is big than same size of other brand. 2 sizes seem to be big.
Reviewed by E-squared from New Mexico on Tuesday, February 25, 2014These in 34 inch waist were maybe a couple inches to large for me (I normally wear 34, but have them loose). Style-wise, I liked the color but found the legs to be unusually wide.
Reviewed by Andy from Vero Beach on Saturday, February 22, 2014Good Fit and Quality!!!!!!!!!
Reviewed by Erin from Utah on Tuesday, January 28, 2014I ordered a 30 inseam for my husband based on reviews that these ran long -he normally takes a 32. The 30 was clearly too short for him even thought the 30 waist fit him fine. Unfortunately they are out of his size in the longer inseam or we would have exchanged them.
Reviewed by Vic from Alabama on Tuesday, January 14, 2014Comfortable, roomy fit, durable material, everything I look for in a pair of pants. These pants can be at home in the office or that weekend hike. Fit is spot on. Thanks STP for another great product at a great price!!!!

I am not quite sure how to measure the rise, I measured from the crotch to the top of the pant and it is 11 3/8" or maybe 11 1/2." They fit like a normal rise in my opinion.
I measured it and it looks like 12.5 inches
I will wear them this winter with expedition weight long underwear underneath. I would say that they are light weight to medium weight pants.
I think the weight of the pants would be between dockers and blue jeans. By them selves, they might not be sufficiently warm when it is below 32 degrees. But I am planning on wearing them all winter with different thicknesses of long underwear.
