“The size chart and the stated size when clicking on an option when ordering are different. Which one is correct?”
I ordered the XL without paying attention to the "number" size and I got XL's. They fit well. So, my guess is the letter size is correct.
I'm not sure, but they are really stretchy. I'm a 5'8" woman and wear the smalls comfortably, as does my 14 YO son. My husband (6') has very wide hands and still can wear a medium comfortably.
