Very Warm, ultralight, good fit, but still new

I've only had this jacket for 1 week so I can't attest to it's durability yet. Nor can i speak to how well the water repellency of the Q. Shield Down works. EVen though i live in Southeast Alaska - the Tongass Rainforest, it's been a mixture of snow and rain for the past week and i haven't spent more than 30 minutes in light rain. the water repellency lasted at least that long.
As far as how light and warm this jacket is - it's amazing! definitly not enough for super cold situations, but I have a strong feeling it is going to be a jacket i wear every day for the next 6 months. On colder days i can slip another base layer on + a good shell over it. when the weather is nicer this jacekt will certainly be sufficient. I wore this with just a cotton t-shirt in 25 degree F weather on Monday...25 minutes waiting for the bus and i barely felt the cold (note: no wind or rain that morning).
Basically, i'm very impressed with this jacket! used with a shell and some good base layers, and I think i can tackle just about anything Southeast alaska throws at me.
