Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by MI Mom from East Lansing on Wednesday, February 6, 2013One of the best received gifts I have ever bought my husband. He loves this down jacket. He really likes the pockets because they are fleece lined and keep the wind out so he can go out without gloves and still have warm hands. He typically wears a large in shirts and an XL in jackets. I got him the XL and it fits well. He is 6' tall and nearly 200lbs.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ChuckP from Boulder, CO on Tuesday, January 22, 2013This coat exceeds my expectations in every way. The STP prices can't be beat!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Heepo from Mill Valley, CA on Wednesday, January 9, 2013I am 5' 10" and the medium fit me well. Room for a mid layer but snug enough to keep warm. I live in Northern CA so we don't have really cold weather, but this jacket is definitely warm enough for our coldest nights (20's). (when active, lower). This jacket compacts well for travel, or as a layer under a waterproof shell. Can't attest to durability, but the jacket seems well made and up to MH standards.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by bobrfish from 55124 on Monday, December 31, 2012Wearer states cut for arms is excellet, allowing full movement. Down provides great warmth with very light weight.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Rustydogger from Adirondacks on Tuesday, December 11, 2012I needed a new warm coat for everyday use. This thing is sweet! I wasn't sure about sizing, I'm 5'11" n 220, and have had some mtn hardware stuff seem too small, but this coat has plenty of room to layer (got an xl). Length is good, i cant stand winter coats that end above the waist. And the fleecy collar is oh so nice!
