Most Helpful 2-Star Review

2.0 out of 5 stars. Fits like a tent

First, the concept of this thing is right-on: Soft fleece on the inside and a bit of a hard face on the outside with and nice stand-up collar for shielding the chill. Trouble is, this thing fits like a tent. It is oversized and boxy and not form fitting in the least. I got my usual MHW size and the sleeves extended past my fingers, and there was enough material around the girth to fold over 1/4 of the way around again. Seriously, WTH? There are no extras on this thing to make it work, such as waist pulls or elastic cuffs so it hangs like a pancho. Sent back.

About Mountain Hardwear

Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.
