Most Helpful 4-Star Review
Reviewed by marosurf from marosurf on Sunday, November 9, 2014Others have said it but unfortunately the pair I received had a thumb that was about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch too long. Not a big deal for wlking the dog etc but if you plan on climbing with these then the extra material snags on biners as you are clipping the rope. If not for the awkward fit tese would be 5 stars.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jhawk from High Rockies on Tuesday, April 15, 2014Simple construction. Need a liner on below freezing days. Generally use them when walking the dog and hiking.
Reviewed by Mountain Hardwear Fan from Pennsylvania on Tuesday, February 18, 2014Another reviewer said something similar but I failed to notice, purchased anyways, and was disappointed by the awkward fit. Had to return them. Otherwise they seemed like great gloves.
Reviewed by CO Snowboarder from Colorado on Friday, February 7, 2014I wear these for snowboarding with a smartwool liner. They are perfect, look great and fit very well. They are also extremely waterproof. Snow may get into the cuff though, so look for a gauntlet glove if that bothers you. All around awesome glove, happy with my purchase. 4/5 only because I have to wear a liner when its 0-20 degrees outside.
Reviewed by marosurf from Calgary, AB on Saturday, February 1, 2014These would be perfect if the thumb was not so unually long - the rest of the glove fits perfectly, but there is an extra 1/2 inch in the thumbs which affects dexterity and gets caught in your biners as your clipping.
If you are not lead climbing these would be fine.
