Scored a lot of points with this.Verified Buyer Reviewed by J from Michigan on Monday, January 1, 2018I got this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. She wears it out and also wears it around the house as a hoodie. Sizing seems to be on point.
Very soft and warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by JoJo79 from Maine on Saturday, December 23, 2017Pleasingly surprised to find how soft this is, the fit is perfect, I usually order and wear a small, this was perfect for my to use with a long sleeve base layer.
Cute fleeceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rose from Maine on Thursday, September 14, 2017I love the way this jacket looks. The colors are fun and it has a flattering fit. However, the material feels a bit cheap.
MehVerified Buyer Reviewed by rogue momma from SD, Cali on Tuesday, March 14, 2017I loved my original Monkey jacket. This was pretty unimpressive but true to size. Sent it back.
Love itVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sunshine from CO Rocky Mtns on Thursday, February 2, 2017I normally hesitate to order long sleeved tops from online because I have long arms and unless the top is a "tall" it won't fit. One review I read said the arm length on this top was long, so I gave it a try. Thank goodness I did, it is now my go to outer layer. It is soft/fuzzy, and keeps me just warm enough. I can also layer it w/ a jacket and it fits nicely underneath. The purple color is just enough 'fun' color w/o being overly bright. The thumb are holes nicer than just a slot in the seam.
Perfect!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Janie Friend from Western North Carolina on Friday, December 23, 2016My MHW jacket is perfect. The large fits like a large is supposed to. The compliments will not stop pouring in!
Not warmReviewed by Disappointed from California on Monday, November 21, 2016Unlike my older Monkey jacket, this one has no lining and the waffling on the very light and flimsy polartec makes literally a thousand little holes so you can see the light right through. My daughter tried it on and went outside on a cool and breezy day and it was like she was wearing a kleenex. The sizing is good and the style is flattering but is is not close to being warm enough for winter wear.
Super ComfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Miki from WI on Friday, October 28, 2016Great fit and comfortable. Only complaint is the wind goes right through it so it's better for indoor use.
Weird armsReviewed by T-racer from Seattle, WA on Friday, October 7, 2016I ordered a small (I'm 5'5" 120 lbs) and the fit everywhere seems fine except the arms have those ridiculous thumb holes (I can't wait for that fad to pass) and they're consequently about 4 inches too long. I could take up the sleeves but for $75 I don't think I should have to cut into it (It's not that exquisite of a jacket). Other than the length, the sleeves are also a bit snug (I have medium-thin arms); I could get it over the sleeves of a thin shirt, but to put it on over something with thicker sleeves felt a bit tight. The material is waffle-y where it's thinner in between the squares of the waffles and it seems like it would be mildly warm. If you like the thumb holes, plan to wear it over tank tops and don't need it to be very warm, I think it'd be a good choice. Other than my couple of gripes it's a nice, cute jacket.
