4.0 out of 5 stars. Good pack for rain

I live in Seattle and sometimes walk a few miles in the rain every day. I needed a pack that kept my stuff dry during my walking commute when it rains. This pack definitely kept my stuff and work clothes dry. I know about packs so I’m quite aware that mesh pockets on the outside of the pack will get wet as well as anything in them. The only thing I disliked was the zipper, it’s hard to open or close sometimes. Overall good pack for hard rain.

  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. I wish...

I wish I had paid closer attention. The interior is waterproof but the outer compartments get completely soaked in the rain...
It is also an odd length.

About Mountain Hardwear

Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.
