Most Helpful 3-Star Review
Reviewed by ShoppingCat from Porter Ranch, CA on Wednesday, December 30, 2015These are made for really pear shaped hip figures. I am a larger built woman, 5'9" and usually do wear an XL or 14, but these were extremely large and have rounded out hips like a jodhpur shape pant. I would not order a L as that rounded hip shape will still be there, although it would fit overall better.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mtn chica from Big Sky, MT on Friday, October 30, 2015I bought these primarily for ice climbing. I generally consider myself a small and the small did fit well. I don't have really wide hips (or really skinny) but they made my hips look huge. They did have good backside coverage. For skiing, the bottom cuffs would be a good size, but a bit too baggy for ice climbing. Range of motion superb. I loved the insulated feel of these pants. If they didn't have such an unflattering looking fit I may have kept them.
