Most Helpful 4-Star Review
Reviewed by Mountian High in Arizona from Arizona on Tuesday, June 4, 2013I purchased this tent because of the ultra light rating and the good service I have had with Mountain Hardware equipment in the past. The tent arrived well packed and indeed it was light so I set it up to see if it would serve my needs. The set-up was fine however to position the cross arm on top is a pain and I was fearful that I would bend the pole. A grave disappointment was the footprint that appears to be heavy coated paper not the fabric I have received with all my other MH tents. I am 6'1" tall and 200 lbs. and I found it difficult to get in and out of the tent. I could lay in the tent but not comfortable and would find two people that are of any size at all to not be happy trying to rest in this tent. I returned the tent and will be more than willing to carry a little extra weight for the ability to maneuver in a vital backpacking item. If you are small this tent may work for you. If you are under 4' tall you could even stand-up in it.
Reviewed by david from florida on Tuesday, March 26, 2013On a kayak trip down the Suwannee river my tent was the only one that stayed bone dry after several heavy rains. Condensation build up seemed to be a little heavier than other tents I have owned. It also stood up to ~20-30 mph winds very well. So far so good
