Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Nice pants but poor fit for meReviewed by Joan from Montana on Thursday, January 11, 2018Didn't like how they fit. I'm 5'7" and 165 lbs and ordered the large. They were a bit large in the waste, which was ok because they have velcro side tabs attached to elastic in the back and so the waste could be snugged up. They were roomy enough in the hip and thigh. The fit was unflattering though - made me look chunky. The insulation seemed to be a little bulky, which didn't help the look. They seem like nice ski pants, but you have to have the right body type to wear them.

Good quality and well designedReviewed by The Lisa from New York on Monday, December 18, 2017I have worn these skiing twice so far and will use them a lot this season. They were perfectly warm in 13F conditions and are roomy enough to wear tights underneath if it gets really cold.
I am 5'-7", 165# and vary between Small and Medium in Mountain Hardwear pants. I bought size Medium and could have gone with Small. They are a baggy fit, and flare widely at the bottom.
The many pockets are very useful.
great pants!Verified Buyer Reviewed by bettina.g from new york on Wednesday, November 22, 2017I have been searching for so long to try and find the right ski pants and finally did! I know it was given a poor review because of how wide the legs were but that was exactly what I was looking for! So I decided to give them a shot and they are great! It is so difficult for me to find pants that are wide enough because I wear braces of my legs. The only thing is they are long on me so I have to hem them without losing the width in the leg that I love.
Good fit but Legs are HUGE!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cat from Alabama on Sunday, November 5, 2017I am 5'7", 165 lbs, and a muscular build. This makes finding pants to fit my thighs difficult. I bought the Large. They fit great on my hips and thighs. And the link is good for wearing with boots. BUT these looks like bell bottoms from the 70's. Lying flat the bottom of the pant leg measured 12 inches. They are way larger than needed for snow boots. I compared it to some north face snow pants I have, and these were 2 inches larger on the pant leg. I worry about tripping up on them.
Very big bell bottomsReviewed by spinmom from CA on Monday, October 23, 2017I wanted to love these pants especially with the great price I got on them, but the bell bottoms really are too big, way more than any other ski pants I've ever owned. I normally like the wide bottom look but these are ridiculously wide. I had a hard time finding sizing info for these pants so for reference: I'm 5'4" athletic 133 pounds, typically a 4-6 in pants, and got these in a Small. I carry my weight in hips/ butt more than waist. With no base layer, they fit everywhere nicely and were flattering on bum and waist, not tight anywhere. I prefer my ski wear to be somewhat loose fitting so I prob would have sized up if I kept these so I could comfortably add a base layer.
