Perfect weight for milder climate. The blue is very pretty and I like being able to remove the inner vest lining if I just want a shell. Would recommend

  • Darn, It Really Does Run TIGHT In the Shoulders
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Traveler Michele from California on Monday, April 2, 2018
Believe all the other reviews - this jacket runs very tight through the shoulders. If you have narrow shoulders, grab it - what a deal for a really nice jacket. But otherwise, don't bother, all the other reviews are correct. The jacket runs a bit on the small side, and quite tight in the shoulders.

It is heavy and warm, and well made - the hood is HUGE - I guess you can fit a ski helmet under it? You can tighten it up with the fitting cords, so it isn't a problem without a helmet. The pockets are a little - odd looking. I could have lived with the pockets, but not the tight fit.
  • Great jacket for running around campus

Great jacket for running around campus. Is warm (but not overly so) and keeps the wind out pretty well. The hood is a little weird sized and doesn't stay on well if the weather is truly inclement. Will try it out hiking this summer. Im usually between a size small and medium, and I bought a medium, but it fits like a small so size up. Overall, I love it as an everyday, run around jacket
  • Excellent

This is a wonderful jacket. The shape of it is very flattering. The back dips down to cover your bottom. There are a lot of large pockets. And it is extremely warm. The inner jacket is not the greatest looking, so I will never use it on its own. The hood is huge. The fit is small so I am glad I ordered both the Medium and the Large. I stuck with the large. I got this on sale so it was a fantastic value!
  • Great product, especially for the price!

I had my doubts about this coat before it came, because I read mixed reviews before buying it, but so far, I've loved everything about this coat! It zips together well, and I've worn the liner with and without the shell every day for a week now, and haven't found anything that I don't like about either of them. It fits perfectly, I like the color, it feels like a great quality jacket, and not cheap like other reviews have said. The liner is so soft and comfortable that I don't want to take it off after putting it on!
  • Odd fit
Verified Buyer Reviewed by helloworld from CO on Tuesday, February 13, 2018
I really, really wanted this jacket to work. The problem I have is that it's too tight across the shoulders, even if I take liner out, which defeats the purpose. I have other jackets (marmot, north face, obermeyer) that I don't have the same problem with in a size medium. For reference, I'm 5'3", 140-lb, athletic.
