I actually have this jacket in both the teal and the khaki and love them both. The khaki color is really more of a neutral beige and was fairly true to how it looked on my computer screen. A very flexible color that goes with many things. The teal is lovely, almost a mix of an evergreen and white. T... Read More

Impressed with quality of material, super fit, good long sleeves and great collar to keep the winter winds at bay. Highly recommend!

I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. I've got 2 other Mountain Hardwear jackets, and this one seems to run a little bit big on me with a boxy cut. The sleeves are also rather long, but then again I'm 5'0" tall and 105lbs. However, you can cuff the sleeves a teeny bit to shorten them and still look natural on the jacket. I'm also not quite satisfied with the zipper. It's quite tiny and seems flimsy. There also isn't a pull tab on it like my other MH jackets. Furthermore, while the pockets themselves are roomy and lined with a very soft fabric, the pocket opening are rather small and could be a tight fit if you've got larger hands. On the bright side, the fleece is very very soft, the sides are a little ruched for a tighter fit that won't let wind or cold air in, and the color (I got the khaki) is a nice neutral that you could pair with a lot of different outfits.

I actually have this jacket in both the teal and the khaki and love them both. The khaki color is really more of a neutral beige and was fairly true to how it looked on my computer screen. A very flexible color that goes with many things. The teal is lovely, almost a mix of an evergreen and white. The fabric is very soft and I like that it has a little more multi-dimensional look than solid fleece. It feels very light on but is comfortably warm. The sizing seems true to me. The sleeves are a bit long on me, which isn't too unusual so probably not really a fault of the jacket, but you can flip the ends to make a cuff that looks designed that way, if need be. So glad this jacket doesn't have the thumb holes in the extra long sleeves that so many fleece jackets are featuring now. It's a great casual comfort jacket, at home or out and about. This also washes beautifully.

About Mountain Hardwear

Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.
