Nice coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chris from CO on Monday, January 1, 2018high fill power and good amount of down. Medium fit (not baggy or slim). Hood is very snug and fit around face like teletubby. A very nice coat with lots of compliments. Fabric is soft inside and out. Inside fabric is actually "tackier" than outside, so taking on and off with normal clothing takes more effort. small amount of water got on the sleeve and beaded right off. Dont' like the chest pocket on the right side (unlike all other chest pockets being on the left chest over the heart). But overall a very nice jacket.
Very nice jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by chen_yanrui from OR on Saturday, December 2, 2017Very nice jacket,my mother says it looks handsome.
GreatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Biggs from The PNW on Sunday, November 26, 2017Nice coat. Good fill -- lots of down. Have had it out in some drizzles and it stays puffy. Outer material is smooth and a little shiny, inner is the stretchy stuff that also feels cozy and soft against the skin. Cut is roomy but not baggy.
PerfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Alfred from Montana on Wednesday, November 22, 2017Everything I hoped it would be.
Cool coat, but pretty thinVerified Buyer Reviewed by Schliebhawk from Montana on Saturday, November 18, 2017I was looking for a warm down coat for Montana winters, and was drawn to the MH Stretchdown RS from its reviews and high fill-power. Turns out while it has high fill-power, the low fill-weight make this jacket incredibly thin. More suited to fall weather or winter only while being very active. The jacket is sweet though. Looks good, decent fit (arms are quite roomy though), zipper is very smooth, and it’s light. I ended up returning to get something warmer. Definitely pay attention to fill-weight as much as fill-power. No one publishes the down fill-weight so you have to go off the jacket weight.
Our son loves it, won't take it off!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Heather from Outside Philadelphia on Friday, November 17, 2017We got this jacket for our son and when he tried it on in the house, I noticed that he would not take it off! Since then he wears it every day and sometimes keeps it on inside, too (even though our house is heated). My sense is that it keeps him warm and cozy despite the late autumn chill, but without making him hot. Very successful purchase!
