Returned it and bought the 4, the waist was too big but there is a draw string. Well made but more of a European cut: for flat bottoms and bigger waist.

I love the curved hem. The fabric is slightly stiff, but it is exceptionally comfortable. They do run a bit small. I took advice of others and ordered the next size up and I am so happy with them!

The skirt (in a 4) was almost too small, and was shorter than on the model. The material was a lot stiffer than the pants, I had a hard time moving.
