I haven't used the tent yet. I set it up to make sure I could and to take a look at it. It is really well constructed and easy to set up once you figure it out. That shouldn't be too big a task since the instructions are written on the bag, but since I'm not real patient with photo directions I didn't get it right the first time. It even has two different colored poles so you know which holes get which poles (if you read the instructions).

It's much roomier than I thought it would be when I ordered it. I really like to fact it has two doors. Each door has a large window with a flap covering it that can be zipped open or closed.

I haven't had a new tent in a really long time, so maybe some of the things I'm seeing are pretty standard; if you don't put the rain fly on, you really get a lot of air and light. (Of course, you'd get plenty wet if it precipitated.) It really is easy to take down as the poles go into clips, not sleeves. It is free-standing; as I had no wind when I set it up I have no idea how much of that it would take before blowing away if one didn't stake it down. Without a wind it stands beautifully.

I'm quite impressed with the tent. But how DO they get these big tents packed back into the tiny bags?
