What I was looking for...

I haven't used this tent. I wanted it primarily for car camping and secondarily for backpacking around bugs. I usually just use a bivy sack when backpacking, but in the spring and summer the mosquitos can be really bad.
Mainly I wanted a decent quality tent that was easy to set up. I've never owned a tent like this before. I had a laugh it was so easy to set up. The fly also goes on really easy. I do a fair number of remote road trips where I camp in a new spot every day. This tent will be PERFECT for that. The construction looks very solid. The one thing I would change is that the two doors have zip open windows...unneeded weight, but no big deal. It will sleep two. Especially if the two are used to sleeping in a twin bed together (lol). I made my wife get in it with me. I think we could make it for a backpacking trip...If I'm going with my buds, they're probably going to have to sleep under the stars.
Buy it! Solid product, great price. I haven't proven it is waterproof or I would give it 5 stars (I think it will be). Could be a little lighter if backpacking was a focus.
