PerfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ironcrane from South Carolina on Tuesday, April 3, 2018The material is strong but feels soft and silky. It traps your heat to warm you up but it is light weight enough to not over do it. The size is good too. It is a good all around outdoor blanket. I recommend this blanket.
Nice quality!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by PJ from Colorado on Tuesday, November 14, 2017We have used this a few times now and it seems nice and warm! We also have a dog that sheds like crazy and the hair shakes right off of this blanket too.
not this and not thatVerified Buyer Reviewed by meritlane from LA, CA. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017it's not a sleeping bag and not compressible enough to use backpacking. I was moto camping this weekend. It was too cold for a sleeping bag liner and too warm for my bag, This would have been prefect had I brought it along. I also plan on using it as a hammock under quilt. the spacing of the buttons and loops should make that work swell.
Great for outdoorsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Suza from Oregon on Wednesday, July 26, 2017Purchased this blanket to use outdoors while camping, saving our nice down throws for the beds in our RV. I like that it buttons up so it can be used as a sleep sack for one of our grandkids. Compression sack is very nice. I only wish the nylon of the blanket were a bit more durable. Perhaps it will be fine; haven't had a chance to try it yet.
Nice Comforter-like sleeping bag alternativeVerified Buyer Reviewed by StargazerAl from Texas on Sunday, July 23, 2017Maybe 45 degrees comfort floor. Very nice material--feel, comfort, quality, cozy. Seems durable and DWR treated shell. The closure system is adequate to keep you covered but not closed like a zipper would (which would add a little weight). Probably a little heavy/bulky for a backpack but not too much for short hikes given the high level of comfort and large roomy roll around size for one or as a very nice top quilt for two. An excellent value at STP!
