The pack supports nicely but I found the hip belt a little too big even when sinched all the way down. I’m 5’11” with a 32” waist.
There are lots of adjustments and compression straps which is great for a pack of this size. For the price, I was pleased with its performance.

My son had been on an Outward Bound trip last year and we decided to go together this year. Worked well for him over several days in the Snowy Range averaging 7+ miles/day, including the ascent of Medicine Bow Peak. Not a top of the line brand, but seems well made and well designed overall.
