Works, but could be better

The workmanship is good, but...
It would be nice if the individual packs had more stiffness or support to them. They work best when stuffed full as a result. Also, the addition of one interior pocket would be useful.
The fact that a shoulder strap for the main bag is an optional separate purchase is kinda bogus.
The cinching straps on the main bag are a nice feature. Fair deal when bought on sale in conjunction with a fat coupon.
