Trekking Poles do work

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Walking Man from Palmyra, VA on Wednesday, December 29, 2010
I just had back surgery and the surgeon recommended that I use trekking sticks when I am walking. They really do take a lot of pressure off of my spine. I am walking on the street, because my tread mill "pounds" me too much, so I appreciate how they transfer the pressure from my back to my arms.
