Not bad for my first pair

This pair is a little heavy compared to higher end poles, but you get what you pay for. I've been having knee problems, so I decided I would start hiking with poles. This pair collapses easily, adjusts quickly, and gets the job done. They also fit nicely into the side pockets of my little day pack. If you're trying to conserve weight, spend the extra cash for a lighter pair, but if you're more concerned with your cash flow, I highly recommend these.
