Small bra, but I'm bigger in ribs arou day torso so getting the xl cd fits perfect. I love how it makes me look in my cycle jerseys! No unibody either. Getting one more. It is stiff yes, it holds me I place nicely and no spill over in armpit area which I despise.

I found the bra to be accurate to sizing. I read several reviews that it ran small, so I ordered a large instead of a medium (I normally wear a medium) and it was too big. It was my fault for sizing it up, so please don't make the same mistake!

They do run snuggly, so one size up would likely be ok.
