Apparently it is supposed to slip over your hips or head. This is hands down the stupidest design I have ever seen. I got a large/extra large and I am not that large, yet I could not get it on myself. Note: not all women are 5 foot tall and petite. Super disappointing.

Figured, I had nothing to lose but this passed my expectations. Apart from the water noise of it sloshing around, you can forget you even have this on. I had it full of water, had my phone and keys and forgot all about them through my runs. If you are a runner even a hiker or jogger, this is a certain must to get.
