Verified Buyer Reviewed by Chris from Seattle, WA on Monday, June 16, 2014Does exactly what I need it to--easy to assemble and sturdy. Good quality, especially for the price. The rows are a bit shorter than I'd like--a bit snug even for men's shoes. Other than that, exactly what I was looking for.
Reviewed by Too Many Shoes from Little Rock, AR on Monday, May 19, 2014Does what it's supposed to do and does it well. All my shoes are 11 or 11 1/2. At the rack's widest extension each tier will hold five pairs of my oxfords and/or loafers with shoe trees (many of them from STP). Twenty pairs of leather shoes with shoe trees add up to quite a bit of weight and the rack seems to be handling it well. The metal rods are of a fairly heavy gauge. I'm satisfied. My problem is I could use another one. The instructions say they are stackable.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ab2017 from California on Monday, May 19, 2014I absolutely loved this shoe rack. The construction is solid and set up is super easy. The rack is quite stable and doesn't shake etc when you park shoes on it. The extendable feature is an added bonus and means we dont have to throw it away should our space needs grow. It also means i needn't worry about the dimensions too much while buying since it can be customized per my space.
The only minor issue I felt was that the angle of the bars is a bit steep so you have to place the shoes onto it quite carefully. Sometimes they tend to slip. One of the other reviewers mentioned putting friction inducing tape on the bars but I found that doesnt really work since the bars need to be left free to expand and I dont know if the tape would come off once stuck.
Overall I am still very happy with it. A smart shoe rack that's real value for money.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lunchtruck Fefe from Clover on Tuesday, April 15, 2014I bought 2different kind of shoe storage systems, this is a good one , but not for shoes that are flat , they will slide off, they need to have some sort of heel on it. Its a nice sturdy rack but dont buy this if it is for flat shoes, they will not stay on it.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Kansasgal from Kansas on Tuesday, April 8, 2014This shoe rack is easy to assemble and is not only attractive but very sturdy and stable. The bar levels are a bit close together so the larger ankle-height boots have to go on the top rack, but everything else fits nicely. I would recommend this product if you need to organize your shoes.
