I'm cutting the buttons off the back so I can wear these tops to work and not have buttons poking me, but this is nice quality at a great price, and some might like the extra touch of the buttons.

Chose a size medium - it would be fine for a very small busted woman. Normally I can wear a medium with no problem - would have sized up to large but did not want to deal with a return if large was also too tight.
