Verified Buyer Reviewed by mare from NY on Sunday, June 19, 2016Not true to size. Normally I buy an 8.5 wide with in New balance and have plenty of room for my orthotics but this pair of shoes was too short and too narrow despite it's size designation.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by 1Gift from Charlotte, NC on Tuesday, May 17, 2016I ordered these New Balance sneakers for my grand daughter in a 8.5 M returned them for a size 9M - both of them were really to small - they looked almost like they were pointed toe - keep in mind she wears a size 8M in sneakers in NB. These will be returned!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by debbiker54 from Concord, a on Monday, May 2, 2016These are lower quality shoes not as typical for new balance.
These run small, so am planning on returning.
Reviewed by kaytea from Central NJ on Thursday, January 21, 2016I bought these for work, but returned them. If you are used to wearing running shoes, these will feel stiff with little arch support--certainly not as comfortable as running shoes. I couldn't imagine being on my feet all day with these shoes. I wouldn't call them "supportive." They are sized right compared to other NB shoes.
