Verified Buyer Reviewed by ET from Rockland, NY on Sunday, November 19, 2017I've been trail running in New Balances for years and these are the lightest and foamiest I have ever had. They are a bit more narrow than previous versions, and I wonder how long the soft foam will last. 2 runs and o far no major complaints. (except the color, but I don't meet to many people on the trails so it doesn't matter)
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Hillbilly Trail Runner from Tennessee on Wednesday, November 15, 2017These were going to be my ATR shoes; however, they just don’t provide enough support for the road part of ATR in my opinion. They do perform quite well on XC and less technical Trails and do look fantastic, so for the most part they’re going to fill the casual-dad-shoe category which I have, for too long, neglected.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Hawk from Snohomish on Friday, November 3, 2017Well made with great support. Super light and well cushioned.
Reviewed by Run Run Cooter Brown from Tennessee on Saturday, June 17, 2017I bought these shoes thinking I would use them to replace my old trail running shoes. I tried them out on a couple of 3 mile trail loops and I wasn't very impressed. I felt the foam didn't offer the greatest amount of cushion as I'm accustomed to with other running shoes. However, I started wearing them to work where I'm constantly on my feet walking and they are wonderful. Maybe I should try them again on the trail to see if they take longer to break in than other shoes I'm familiar with. If not, they're still a great shoe in my mind just not necessarily for running.
