Reviewed by Blue bird day skier from Oregon on Tuesday, January 28, 2014I haven't purchased a new pair of ski boots in 15 yrs! So I found these while browsing one evening. After some reviews on the internet and checking the prices ; I went for it. I have the same size that were on my older boots. I must say after wearing them around in the house for half a day, I decided they would be comfy and provide for my level (intermediate) Northwest skier. The adjustments are plastic unlike my other boots and do not twist to adjust, just slide forward. When I took them on the slopes the next day (mostly groomers) I played with the adjustments in the beginning and then enjoyed the rest of the day.
The fit is just right; going smaller would have my toes out of the toe box and bigger would have been too sloppy. I just noticed the "thermo-moldable" liners and was not aware of this when I purchased. I will have to look into it. These are not high end boots, but I did need a replacement (inexpensive) for my other 15 yr. old boots. They were worth the chance without trying on in a store. I hesitated b/c if I did not do my homework and they did not fit, it would have been a pia to return them.
