Verified Buyer Reviewed by VeloCityGirl from Hills of Southern Illinois on Friday, June 20, 2014I had trouble finding a woman's mtb shoe that was not too narrow. I wear a 37 in street shoes, 38 in bike shoes. The 38 in these was too large for me, even though the women's (giro and Pearl Izumi) were too small in 38/38.5/39. I finally found a men's Pearl Izumi that fit just right in 38. My feet must be wider than the average female, but I don't usually have to buy wide shoes.
Reviewed by 2ndeffort from Melbourne Australia on Sunday, February 23, 2014I just upgraded to these from some Sidi 5's. These are easy to get a freat fit with, very adjustable. They are very light and stiff and I bought the speedplay adapter kit that Northwave has. It took 5 mins to swap in the speedplay adapter and switch my speedplay cleats across. The Northwave adapter kit has the cleats sitting much closer to your feet as it removes the need for one of the adapter plates from the normal setup. Obviously there are Speedplay specific shoes nut, aside from them, this is a much better setup than the regular speedplay adapters that come out of the box. I am very happy with these shoes, high quality and comfortable.
