No need to order up

I ordered a size larger than normal thinking I would need extra room for a base layer. That was not necessary so they are going back for my normal size that I typically wear. They are very well-constructed and will be great in the outdoors.

  • Love Obermeyer quality

These are very comfortable and made very well. I’m 5’5” which is average by., and these are so long which the reason for the 4/5. I still kept them because I like the quality and one can never have too many ski pants.
  • You can move!

Love the variety of sizes, so rare in ski pant land. Also smitten with the elastic side panels, which makes bending over to adjust ski boots, etc... not a middle waist band cutting of your circulation, making hard to breath experience.
  • Great pants, run large

I measured myself and fit a size 20. I should have listened to the other ratings : they were giant. I exchanged for my normal size 16, and they're still pretty roomy; I could probably go down a size but will keep them and see how they layer and wear.
  • Comfortable, user friendly!

These are great! Just enough stretch for activity and comfort. Sturdy fabric. Haven't worn them in the elements yet, but they look high quality and warm enough for Montana winters.

While every pair of ski pants I have tried on has run small, this is the opposite. It runs big! Do not order a size up. Pants are good quality but had to return because too big.

About Obermeyer

When Klaus Obermeyer became one of Aspen’s first ski school instructors more than 60 years ago, he had no idea that his lifelong passion would eventually lead him to start an outdoor apparel company. Among Klaus’s first innovations was a down ski jacket he created at home using recycled goose down from an old comforter. Designed and tested on snow-covered slopes in the Colorado Rockies, Obermeyer ski jackets would soon gain a reputation for offering superior weather protection, warmth and style. Although Obermeyer ski pants and jackets have come a long way in the last half a century, the tradition of making top-notch outerwear for skiers and riders remains the foundation of this brand, which is still headquartered in Aspen to this day.
