Decent Gear 'Biner

I purchased two of these to go with my new set up on my Kelty Red Cloud. Price was my driving force, I am not nor will I be planning on scaling a mountain with these but I like knowing they will be strong enough if I need to use them to lift my gear or a bear bag into a tree and not worry about them failing. I tested the two I purchased on my pack and a tree in the woods next to my house and they were able to lift my loaded pack (52 lbs.). I checked them out when I brought the load down and there was no flex or give in the gate.

Like I said, I am not a climber nor am I planning on becoming one so this is ONLY for using the carabiner as a gear lift / bear bag attachment point.
