    I bought these in hopes they were like some light smartwool socks I have, but they are extremely thick. Instead of wearing them to hike, I put them on to sleep to keep my feet warm. If you are looking for wool socks on the thinner side, these are not them.

    Socks seem well made, but haven't work them much yet. Fit my size 8.5 feet well. Soft and cozy. Great price at Sierra.
