I almost stole this from my daughter, but she won. Is a slim fit through shoulders, so much layering would be hard. Oddly looks more straight up and down from the back, but a little more curvy from the front. Quite long, mid thigh. Overall really like it, good quality.

This jacket is cute and warm, I bought it for a skiing trip and the length (I’m 5 ft 4) is just long enough to be too awkward to use as a ski coat. It hits me right above the knee and with the elastic at the bottom is very uncomfortable over ski pants. I used it instead for over regular clothes and around town and for that it’s great!

Jacket was well made and warm, length - great coverage for the backside .Needed long length in arms this was perfect. Did not like the tight elastic at bottom.

I ordered this one along with a few others to try. The jacket is good quality, but had a few drawbacks for me. It was very long in length (that is stated in the description) and bit a bit large overall. I'm 5'5" and 120 lbs. I ordered the small. It also did not have the hand warmer pockets on the sides, which was a big drawback for me. Other than that, a nice jacket.

This is a pretty nice coat! It fit me really well, I got a small and I am 5'8" 120lbs. I have pretty long arms and it was long enough. The furry part of the hood can come off. I really like that so I can take it off when I ski. I am a little worried about how warm this coat is. So far its been good but it hasn't been colder than 20 degrees so i haven't had a chance to test it out. I like all the pockets and the hood is nice and deep. Overall I would definitely recommend.

  • “What temperature is this jacket rated for? ”

    • Sorry there is not a temperature rating. Most manufacturers do not have temperature ratings for their garments or footwear due to the number of factors that affect how warm a garment may keep you.

About O’Neill

It was the 1950's when the icy waters of San Francisco Bay drove inveterate surfer Jack O'Neill to develop the neoprene armor that is the stuff of today's wetsuits. Several permutations preceded the arrival of neoprene, including WWII frogmen suits lined with long underwear and later, glued-together pieces of closed-cell foam. Having solved the problem of keeping surfers warm with varying thicknesses of neoprene, O'Neill went on to enhance his wetsuit designs with advancements like the Z.E.N. zip closure system, Smoothskin, Super Seal Glideskin, Plasma Knee Pads and Firewall Chest panels. Today O'Neill wetsuits are the protection of choice for surfers and divers on every coast.
